Puha, these are questions that many of us have a hard time answering!
Not because we cannot but because we are too busy to stop and feel properly. Instead, we are guided by the demands and expectations of others, or by our own ideas about what is most appropriate or right to do.
It is therefore important that we sometimes give ourselves a necessary break from everyday life and the fixed routines. Because it requires calm and self-esteem to find their dreams – and it requires courage and strength to pursue them.
