How long will it take for me to find out if I am meditating?
Good question – and I don’t have an answer. I imagine that after seven days (if you meditate every day) you’ll have a good grasp of it. The most important thing is to remember that meditation is really just breathing in and out.
Should I choose guided meditations?
Not necessarily. But to begin with it can be a good help in order to keep focused.
Can I meditate with my family or only alone?
You can do both. At different times. It will be great to meditate with your family. Meditation will do you all good. And good things cannot be done too often.
How many times a day should I meditate?
Once is fine and enough for some people. If you want to do it several times a day, that is fine too. It is up to you.
Many people like to start and end the day with a meditation.
Is meditation only for the select few?
No, it is not. Meditation is for everyone, young and old, children and adults, you and me. Everybody can join.
